The CEO toolkit is a set of resources to learn new skills, sell their products and service online and ultimately make increased profits. In addition CEO will also benefit the vocational and higher education communities by providing up to the minute open education resources and developing an innovative triple helix model of Industry – Education cooperation.

In this toolkit

This Strategy consists six parts:

Part 1: Planning the process is part of the analysis stage to gain collective insights relevant to new online business models for creative SMEs.

Part 2: Defining the region for the CEO Regional Alliance

Part 3: Identify current initiatives, programmes & strategies and possible gaps & needs in relation to entrepreneurship and online supports for creative start-ups to identify the main stakeholders.

Part 4: Identify key stakeholders in the alliance who have responsibility for entrepreneurship, enterprise education, creative industries and so forth.

Part 5: Establishment of a CEO Regional Alliance involves the mechanics of setting up the Alliance to monitor the steering group and the delivery of planned activities

Part 6: Action Planning development which will assist stakeholders in their role as change makers turn their visions into reality

CEO training

We also have two courses designed to educate and inspire both students and entrepreneurs. The first course is designed for teachers, lecturers and tutors teaching adult learners, including; graduates, undergraduates and the interested public and can be found here.
